Unreliable

My app will stop working after 5-10 min. When it stops working I am unable to "disconnect" and I need to clear the app from my doc and then I need to relog in and the process repeats its really annoying. And now it is saying that I have no more data when I am at 700 something MB out of 20.7 GB. Please fix this
