It just started telling me it can never connect due to network problems.

Biggest waste of money I have ever spent. This App lags internet speed to the point of insanity!!! DONT USE THIS APP!!!!!!!!!!!!

I like the OpenVPN app. I’ve used it for over a year. This app is even easier to use. Same service but with no need to download server profiles. Easy to switch servers within the app.

Just downloaded and installed on my iPhone 6 Plus. Loged into my account and it connected to Chicago VPN instantly. Disconnected, chnged VPN to London, connected again without any issues. Seems to remain connected, at least during my 30-min work session. No issues so far. Sugges adding fingerprint login option for convenience and moving use statistics to settings / information screen. No need to see how much I have used right there on home page. Just need a list of servers and current IP and geolocation.

I have several vpns, including openvpn which private tunnel invented, and I have found private tunnel to be very, very easy to use and very reliable. The connection only drops once in a while which is normal for vpns. While private tunnel is an excellent VPN, e best in my opinion and experi nice is Torguard which has unlimited use. Pay one price, lets say sixty for the whole year and use it as often as you like at no extra charge. You do have to install configuration files in openvpn but its not difficult and they have documentation on how to do it. Private tunnel comes in at number two for its ease of use and reliability. I wish it had more servers to choose from but you really dont need that many to get the job done. Its very easy to use; cant emphasize that enough.

Great idea. Poor execution. On iOS 8, Private Tunnel would often crash when opened, but opening it several times in quick succession would ultimately work. In iOS 9, every few times it’s opened, it sticks open and locks up the phone requiring a full reboot.

My school blocked VPN but this works so great

I,v downloaded this app but it crashes in my ipad air 2 ios 8.4... I happened to me with openvpn connect too. I dont know what is the peoblem

after update ios to 9.2 , privatetunnel broke down !!! that can not connect to none of servers. i spent 50$ for use your service on my iphone and now it broke down... please fix it.

It does not connect on my iPhone. It used to work and then stopped working after an update.

Not working for me for the pas week.

I feel more secure using the official app rather than other clients. It is fast and reliable. Please add a landscape mode in order to use conveniently on iPad.

The recommended tunnel wont send a valid file after you register, choose an area and download the profile file. And, its not really free. The 500MB you are given would be consumed very quickly. The next level is 10GB

My app will stop working after 5-10 min. When it stops working I am unable to "disconnect" and I need to clear the app from my doc and then I need to relog in and the process repeats its really annoying. And now it is saying that I have no more data when I am at 700 something MB out of 20.7 GB. Please fix this
